Ravioli with chard, hazelnuts and caramelized onions

I absolutely love this 101cookbooks recipe for hazelnut & chard ravioli salad. I adore the combination of the sweet caramelized onions, earthy slightly bitter chard, crunchy nutty hazelnuts, bright acidic lemon juice and zest, and creamy ravioli.
